Personal welcome

We meet all of our tenants in person before agreeing the tenancy. Our personal welcome includes delivery of keys, inventory revision and a property tour in which we provide detailed info about the home.

Maintenance and repairs

If it breaks, consider it fixed! Our maintenance team is on-hand to attend to any incidents or damages that may occur in your property at any time.

General inspections

Upon a tenant’s exit, we will visit your property to carry out a full inspection, the results of which we publish in a report that you can access via your personal area.
